Okay, so I know I said I'd post my The Vampire Diaries and Supernatural reviews today, but it's not going to happen. Sorry. Not only did I work yesterday but I got called in early and then the workday itself was crazy. After all that I can hardly remember what I wanted to say about The Vampire Diaries other then it was a good episode but simply not as good as the mid-season finale was. The mid-season finale episode was EPIC, and last nights just felt like a normal episode. Doesn't mean it was bad or that I didn't like it, but it just wasn't quite the EPIC return I was expecting.

So, really I need to watch the episode again before reviewing. And that's pretty much the case with Supernatural. Yes, I watched the episode last night as soon as I got home, BUT I was tired and my feet was literally on fire... Okay, not literally, but they (or my right one anyway) was burning hot, so I was more focused on cooling them down (which equals feeling better) then actually focusing on the episode as much as I should have.

Still even then one thing about this episode managed to catch my attention and piss me off.

In case you missed the cut note I shall repeat - the following contains a SPOILER for last nights episode of Supernatural!

So, I was pretty out of it for most of the episode, but then towards the end something really caught my attention. The kid. UGH!

Anyway, the kid forces Dean to take her along on the big rescue. Fine. Dean even did his best to make sure she stayed out of it. But the stupid little shit didn't listen, which is also fine, and expected really. However, at the end of the episode she's credited with saving everyone's lives. Um, NO! Dean was going along fine with his rescue attempt that was actually screwed up by the stupid little shit busting in and being used as a hostage. Sure, she saved herself, which also fine, but then everybody and their damn brother credits her with saving their lives while also forgetting to note that things was going fine before she came busting on the scene in the first damn place.

That probably wouldn't have got to me if Dean had at least mentioned that her saving their lives was only slightly tainted by the fact that she kind of endangered them in the first place. But no everyone acts like Dean (even Dean himself) couldn't have done the job if that stupid little shit hadn't been there.
